The RDA is the premier highway authority in the country and is responsible for the maintenance and development of the National Highway Network. Expressway Operation Maintenance and Management Division (EOM&M) under the Road Development Authority is highly responsible for the maintenance and management operations of the expressway network in Sri Lanka. Improved operating efficiency can lead not only to direct cost savings but also to increased usage, Today’s road tolling sector is diverse and evolving. Like many other infrastructure sectors, the tolling industry has undergone significant change over the past decades. Today, everything from the identification of a user driving on a facility to back-office systems is powered by technology. RDA keenly focused on driving efficiency across every aspect of their operations.
